Today we had a visit from Edna the Elephant and her keeper Jan from Copeland Borough Council.
The children enjoyed an assembly, learning lots about how recycling can make a difference to the World and how Edna can remind us to do this. They investigated the art work and discussed how pollution affected the World and their own lives.
Some classes completed activities linked to the assembly and learned more about how the Council Recycle our rubbish safely.
