‘No school can work well for children if parents and teachers do not act in partnership on behalf of the children’s best interests.’
At Hensingham, we value the importance of a strong relationship between home and school. We strive to provide further experiences for parents that will support both themselves and their parents also.

We held a Phonics Café to share the way we teach phonics with parents- this helps parents to support their children in learning to read at home.
Behaviour Café

A chance for parents to come into school and cook a healthy, ‘fakeway’ meal with their children to take home and enjoy!
