Our school took part in a ‘CET Innovation Challenge’ to change the world by inventing gadgets using recycled materials. Pupils were put into teams and spent the day thinking of ideas, designing their logos, jingle and making their prototype invention. They then presented their ideas to their own class in the hope of winning a place in the school heat.
The winners from each class shared their design in an assembly to the whole school and an ultimate ‘Hensingham Primary School Winner’ was voted for. The lucky winners got to share their design with schools from across the trust in a battle for the overall CET Champions.
Our school winners had a brilliant day and everyone enjoyed the events and activities 🙂
Well done Inventors!!!
