The following uniform & P.E kit will be expected at all times & will be rigorously checked & consistently enforced by all staff:
- dark grey or black trousers, skirt or appropriate pinafore dress are compulsory but can be bought from local supermarkets. Strictly no leggings
- in the summer term, girls may wear optional red gingham dresses and boys can wear optional dark grey school-type shorts which both can be bought from local supermarkets
- grey, black or plain red tights for girls (not stripy or patterned)
- compulsory white or red polo shirt with optional logo (plain polo shirts without logo can be bought from local supermarkets)
- compulsory red sweatshirt or cardigan with logo (can be bought from our school uniform supplier)
- black, sensible leather shoes (or black, sensible boots for girls in winter) with strictly no visible logos but plain black trainers is also acceptable
- white, grey or black socks
All school uniform items can be swapped for free at our pre-loved uniform swap-shop in the school reception area.
Additional requirements:
- optional red book bag with logo can be bought from the school uniform supplier but a small backpack which can be bought in local shops is also fine as long as it can be hung on a peg
- long hair MUST be tied back for health and safety purposes
- no jewellery except a watch Please note If your child is having their ears pierced, it should be done at the start of the summer holidays to ensure the studs can be removed on school days from September. If you child is wearing jewellery in their ears, please provide a plaster from home to cover them
- no make-up, false nails or nail varnish
P.E KIT must be brought into school at the beginning of every half term and then left in school: (Obviously, if any child’s P.E kit needs washing, we will send it home.)
- all pupils must wear compulsory navy or black P.E shorts and a plain white T-shirt (both items can be bought in local supermarkets) but branded logo T-shirts are available from our uniform supplier
- in colder weather, all pupils can wear optional navy or black jogging bottoms and wear their school jumper over their PE T-shirt
- for PE, it is compulsory that all pupils wear suitable trainers or black plimsols
